Must have experience with QMS, Nintex Promapp 6 months CONTRACT with potential extension Hybrid working arrangement ( 3 days a week on-site in Melbourne CBD) Daily rate: $850 (inc SUPER) ROLE OVERVIEW Join a transformative initiative to digitise and modernise the Environmental Effects Statement (EES) process. The Energy Digital Transformation project is replacing legacy, manual workflows with an integrated digital platform that streamlines environmental reporting and assessment through all stages - from scoping to approval. At the core of this phase is the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) using Nintex Promapp to define and standardise processes that ensure compliance and consistency across the EES lifecycle. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and scrum team members to elicit and document business processes using Nintex Promapp. Facilitate workshops and working sessions to validate current workflows and design future-state processes. Create and maintain process maps, guidance documents, and other key artefacts to support the QMS implementation. Ensure all business process documentation is accurate, consistent, and accessible. Work autonomously and proactively within an Agile Scrum team, participating in ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, demos, and retrospectives. Align QMS processes with project goals, compliance requirements, and stakeholder expectations. Support change management efforts by ensuring stakeholders understand and adopt new digital processes. MORE ABOUT YOU Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst delivering end-to-end process documentation and improvements. Demonstrated experience with Nintex Promapp for business process mapping and documentation. Strong understanding of Agile methodology with hands-on experience in Agile project environments. Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills. Experience working independently and managing BA deliverables within defined sprint cycles. Preferably experienced with planning-related projects, particularly within environmental assessment or the Environmental Effects Statement (EES) process.
